the balance on my car payment and a hefty credit card balance, acquired following the death of my husband, Rev. Tom Shelton.

You were a pleasure to work with and even made dealing with the Internal Revenue Service "lady" not too painful. The closing at Pioneer Abstract went very smoothly. I think it was also in my favor that the person helping me at Pioneer was the daughter of one of my late husband's church members, .where he was the pastor:~$he-als.omade the experience pleasant.

Closing has come and gone today and everything went as expected. Melinda and I would like to thank you for what you did for us. I know it is your job and we paid you for the service, but. . . . I truly felt that there was never a time that you didn't have our best interest in mind. A true example of customer service. I have never experienced that with any loan. . . 

Rick, thank you especially for your patience with me and having to answer some of the same questions over for me.

Now I can tell you. . . . the gift you mentioned. . . . wasn't just a gift, it was a sign to an answered prayer. I prayed that if this was the direction we  were supposed to take for God to just make it easy. Sometimes HE answers the simplest prayers too.

I really enjoyed working with all of you and on how fast you turned things around, even if I was out of town for almost a week with my son’s wedding at the beginning of things (our first contact was like 3/27/2010 and we closed on 5/11/2010, like in 6 weeks and a lot of that time was me).  You all were courteous and helpful and oh so willing to work with me and my budget constraints.
I make my first new mortgage payment on July 1 and I have already set up the online draft option and that was too easy J and done at closing too, how convenient!

 Dear America's Lender,

 The purpose of this letter is to formally and publicly commend Nick Moore and his entire staff for the excellent service provided to my husband and I on the purchase of our beautiful new home.  In my opinion, the level of service that was extended to us was far beyond our expectations.           

 I have never before written a letter like this one on an entirely unsolicited basis;  However, in this case I was so impressed by the support and service provided by "America's Lender", in particular Ms Leslie Williamson whom I personally dealt with on a daily basis throughout the entire process .  She made me feel like she had my best interest at heart and truly wanted my husband and I to have this house so I felt compelled to go on record with my praise.  Everyone at "America's Lender" truly deserve it.  In an era where exceptional  one-to-one customer service excellence  has virtually disappeared from our industry, the work that Nick Moore and his staff did should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate.

 In closing, I truly believe that everyone at "America's Lender" deserve to be congratulated  and rewarded for providing customer service and support well beyond the expectations of both my husband and I.

   I would like very much to tell you how much I have appreciated the courteous and professional service I have received from your senior loan officer Rick Whitewater. Do know I do not offer this praise lightly. America's Lender Online ended up being the third and thankfully last mortgage broker I worked with. During this ordeal I encountered all sorts of highly questionable practices from other companies one of which even constantly advertises on television. I was dealing with constant calls from rude and pushy loan originators not working for my best interests that ironically would not return my calls, loans that were ridiculously over priced, constantly being ran to town (25 miles away from us) to fax them things almost daily, to even being harassed by robots in the early morning hours waking me up numerous times. Thank goodness I knew enough about the process to recognize awful service.


   Rick Whitewater was a breath of fresh air. He worked to get us an awesome deal, he always answered his phone, and he never unnecessarily pushed or harassed us throughout the process. I will highly recommend Rick to anyone I hear that breathes the word re-finance, or is buying a house. I thank you for your business and thank you even more for having a staff that employ's Mr. Whitewater. Coming from a consumer's viewpoint I assure you he is a great asset to your company.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for the outstanding job that you did on securing refinancing for my VA loan.  Many of my friends have gone thru the refinancing process and it seems like it takes forever and is a series of major headaches.


It only took 7 weeks from the time you first contacted me to closing.  This is compared to the 3-4 months it seems to take other companies.  You folks did a great job from start to finish.

Hi Rick,

I closed on my house June 22nd; started renovating the master bath (removed tub and installed a walk-in shower), still moving in though but I got the pool up & running (sweet).  I'm so excited now that I'm finished buying, cleaning, moving and now I'm ready to relax, catch a few rays by the pool and enjoy my new home. I said all that because I couldn't have done any of this without you.  From the time I applied for a home loan to closing, you have been an exceptional help.  From our first phone call to our last, you were always there to answer questions when I was I confused (which seemed to be a lot)!  You are very personable, friendly, and easy to talk to.  You were very informational (subject matter expert), quick to respond (great customer service skills), and always kind in your replies (courteous & service-oriented).  I want to thank you for helping me transition as an empty-nester to my new home (with a pool)!
